MICHELLE BORTON, P.E.

Ms. Borton is a forensic civil engineering consultant for Forensic & Failure Analysis. Ms. Borton has extensive experience in planning, design, and construction administration for various civil engineering projects with an emphasis on site design, wastewater, stormwater, and drinking water infrastructure.

Ms. Borton also has experience in securing required regulatory approvals and environmental permits from various agencies of jurisdiction. She is well versed in the implementation of the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) process, special district formation, and funding program administration.

Ms. Borton joined Klepper, Hahn & Hyatt in 2016 as a Civil Engineer. She is a consultant for Forensic & Failure Analysis, Inc. on an as-needed basis.

Ms. Borton earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Clarkson University in 2004 with a Professional Concentration in Environmental Engineering and Graduated with Distinction.
