PAUL B. TWYMAN, P.E.

Mr. Twyman is a forensic engineering consultant for Forensic & Failure Analysis.  Mr. Twyman is a professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience. From an early career in public transportation working on state highway projects, he developed further as a design consultant in private industry. His expertise includes the entire structural engineering project life cycle – from the production of contract documents and specifications, to shop drawing review and construction inspection. He is an employee of Klepper, Hahn & Hyatt.

Mr. Twyman has worked extensively on educational facility projects where he both produced design and performed construction inspection.

As a forensic engineer, he has performed more than 200 catastrophe inspections and has handled a wide range of responsibilities including premise liability assessments, flood/moisture intrusion cases, structural investigations, and building code analysis of residential and commercial properties.

Mr. Twyman is also knowledgeable of current and historic building codes and has structural design and construction inspection experience with a variety of building materials, including concrete, steel, wood, concrete masonry, roofing, and pavement.

Mr. Twyman earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at State University of New York at Buffalo in 2000.  He is a professional engineer in the states of New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
