Product Recalls
The Consumer Product Safety Commission Has Sought out FFA’s Service for Product Recalls
Product recalls are a reality of the manufacturing world.
FFA has reported many failures that have been found over the years to the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission, and has hosted CPSC investigators at our lab to review our findings for potentially instituting a recall. During our investigation, we often use exemplar (or “example model”) products to the unit that failed. More than once, our team has found pre-cursor indications that can cause a failure.
